Max Hosiery is the manufacturing unit of 杭州中植實業 Co., Ltd., a vertically integrated sock manufacturer producing compression, grip, athletic, and medical-grade hosiery. Our facility operates ten production lines, each equipped with fifteen to twenty knitting machines covering 120 to 200-needle counts, including large-gauge machines for plus-size hosiery and dedicated 羅納蒂 以及 梅爾茲 lines for graduated medical compression—the industry standard for clinical-grade pressure accuracy.
Unlike many factories that outsource boarding or finishing to external workshops, we operate every production stage in-house, from knitting through finishing, quality control, and packaging. This in-house control eliminates the size variance, lead-time risk, and quality inconsistency that come with outsourced finishing, serving brand owners, importers, and private label distributors worldwide.

Our warehouse is divided into 三 dedicated zones—raw materials, in-process stock, and finished goods. This division keeps every batch traceable from yarn receipt to outbound shipment, and supports the order-level accountability that brand buyers and audit-driven importers expect.
Packaging is organized by SKU zone, with each style and size handled in its designated area. Which avoid the inner-outer packaging mismatches that are a common source of rework, customer complaints, and chargebacks in the hosiery industry.
For brand buyers evaluating new suppliers, we maintain a stock of unlabeled popular compression sock styles available as sample orders with no minimum quantity requirement. 樣品訂單 allow buyers to assess construction quality, compression accuracy, material hand-feel, and packaging options before placing a full production order.

Max Hosiery 的歷史
Our story begins in 2006, when Michael Liu founded our first workshop in Hangzhou with a team of twenty workers. In an industry dominated by high-volume commodity production, we made an early decision that has defined us ever since: to focus on technical and specialized hosiery, where quality and consistency matter more than price.
In 2010, we established Hangzhou Zhongzhi Industry to formally enter the export market and serve international brand buyers seeking dedicated OEM partners for compression and performance socks.
The defining moment came in 2012, when a long-standing Norwegian client proposed a joint venture. Together we established Jiaxing Max Hosiery, with the brand name “Max” chosen to reflect a shared commitment to reaching the maximum potential in product quality, manufacturing precision, and customer partnership.
Our facility has grown alongside our customer base. We began with a single 2,500-square-meter building in 2006. In 2017, we added a dedicated warehouse and packaging building. In 2021, we completed a third building dedicated to production, bringing our current footprint to 8,000 square meters across three buildings. Annual production stands at approximately 19 million pairs as of 2026, with a slightly lower figure for medical-grade compression hosiery due to additional quality controls and longer cycle times per pair.
In December 2026, we will relocate to a newly built 11,000-square-meter facility in the same Jiaxing industrial zone, purpose-built around our compression and medical hosiery workflow with expanded knitting and finishing capacity.
