Seamless toe or regular toe for compression socks?

There're 3 different methods to seam the toe. The most regular one is ross ( machine linking toe),it's popular because cost is cheap and with high output.

Here's a photo of inside socks with machine linking toe. Normal feet may not mind the seam across the toe, but sensitive ones do feel the difference. Certain kinds of toe seams can be thicker and make you feel pretty uncomfortable.

Seamless toe is flat and smooth, below also photos inside socks. The diabetics, people with sensitive toes or athletes often search for seamless socks. It's annoying with a long shift on your feet with an obtrusive seam rubbing your toes.

You can see that there're two steps to link the toe, workers should pay more attention putting socks on machine needle by needle. So it's also called hand linking toe, and this methord costs more and takes longer time.

The last choice is the most economical way --- fake seamless toe. Seam is less visible and thinner than machine linking toe. Cost and output is between machine linking and hand linking toe.It also becomes the first choice for most clients.
