Custom Size Development for Infant, Toddler and Kids Grip Socks
The same indoor grip sock construction can be graded across infant, toddler and kids’ size ranges. We adjust foot length, heel position, cuff opening, sock stretch and grip coverage for each approved size rather than simply scaling one pattern up or down.
Infant & Baby Sizes (Newborn–12 Months):
Developed with shorter foot lengths, smaller heel pockets, soft cuff openings and compact grip layouts positioned for smaller feet. Each size can be adjusted separately to reduce sock rotation and keep the grip area aligned after wearing.
Toddler Sizes (12 Months–3 Years):
Graded for crawling, standing and early walking, with revised heel position, cuff retention and forefoot-to-heel grip coverage. The grip layout is adjusted by size rather than using one identical pattern across the full toddler range.
Extended Kids Sizes (3–6 Years):
Available for brands extending the same indoor grip sock collection into larger kids’ sizes. Foot length, heel position, cuff dimensions and grip coverage are reworked for each approved size instead of simply enlarging the infant construction.
- Final size specifications are developed according to the buyer’s target market, foot-length requirements and approved product measurements. Age and shoe-size labels are used only as merchandising references.

- Metal and broken-needle detection — finished socks pass a metal detector before packing, so no needle fragment leaves the factory. For baby products this is the check buyers audit first.
- Documentation — AZO-free dye testing, color fastness, composition and flammability reports; dimensional stability and fresh testing can be arranged where a program requires it.

What’s the typical minimum order quantity (MOQ) for fully custom infant grip socks?
For grip designs, MOQ is 1000 pairs/color/size. For rubber sole styles, MOQ is 500 pairs/color/size. We also offer ready to sell socks.
Can I choose organic or recycled materials for the grips and fabric?
Yes. Yarn options include cotton, bamboo viscose and blends. Our OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certificate covers the yarns at Product Class I — the strictest tier, for articles for babies and toddlers. Documentation for the grip layer itself is requested from the workshop that applies it.
