Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a sock factory in Jiaxing, Zhejiang — Max Hosiery, part of Hangzhou Zhongzhi Industry Co., Ltd., manufacturing socks since 2010. Our facility runs five production lines with 222 knitting machines, including 12 imported German and Italian medical machines for graduated compression.
Q2: What are your sampling and production lead times?
A: Sampling takes 3–7 days after artwork and specifications are confirmed, or as little as 48 hours on rush requests where the yarn is in stock. Bulk production is 25–30 days after sample approval. Custom-dyed yarn adds roughly 15–20 days before production can start.
Q3: What is your MOQ?
A: MOQ depends on the product category — see the table below. MOQ is per colour/size unless otherwise agreed, and tiered pricing applies at higher volumes.

Q4: Can you accept OEM & ODM orders?
A: Yes, we work on OEM & ODM orders. Show us your artwork of size, material, design, packing solution, etc, and we make it for you.
Q5: Can we do a customized design?
A: Yes, we can produce to your design.
Q6: Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
A: Yes. Stock samples are free of charge — up to 3 styles, you pay the freight only. For custom samples, a sample fee applies and is fully credited against your bulk order; freight is charged separately.
Q7: Which payment methods and couriers do you accept?
A: Payment: T/T, L/C, PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Couriers: DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx, EMS, SF. Air and sea transportation are also supported.
Q8: How long does shipping take?
A: Air freight 5–7 days, sea freight around 30 days. Transit times are estimates and may extend for remote destinations, customs inspection, or peak-season congestion. We can quote DDP, FOB, EXW or CIF to your preference.
Q9: What certifications do you hold?
A: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, BSCI audited, and AZO-free test reports. Our group is an FDA-registered establishment (No. 3012251300) for medical support stockings. All certificates and test reports are downloadable on our Certification page.
Standard inspection is AQL 2.5. AQL 1.5 is available for premium retail, medical channel, and children’s programs on request.
Q10: What about packing?
A: 1 pair with a small aluminum clip, a hook, a hangtag, then packed into an individual polybag with self-adhesive closure. Packaging can be fully customized.
Q11: What is the effect of Terry / Cushion / Towel construction?
A: Shock absorption — suitable for people with heavy foot sweat and people who love sports; it reduces foot shock and friction caused by strenuous exercise. Full terry socks also keep you warm.
